When will my item ship?

Your package will be shipped out from our warehouse in California within 1 to 2 days from placing your order. We do not ship Saturdays or Sundays during warm weather.

Can I get a refund?

Returns and refunds are only applicable where goods have arrived damaged. If your package arrives damaged, please send a photo [email protected] and we will process your refund.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Tracking number will always be issued to all orders. If your order is lost during delivery please contact us.

Can I change my order once its been placed?

If you wish to update your order or alter the shipping address, kindly send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible! You have a 12-hour window from the moment you placed your order for modifications. We’ll make every effort to adjust your order before it’s processed and shipped. Please be aware that once your order is shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes, so it’s essential to ensure the accuracy of the provided shipping address and arrange for order collection accordingly.
